How to Play Ragdoll Robot Boxing With Friends
Last reviewed · change log
Get into the same server
- Both of you add each other as friends on Roblox.
- One player opens Ragdoll Robot Boxing and presses Play.
- The other opens the first player’s Roblox profile or their Friends list in the Roblox app, where the game they are in shows up, and uses Join.
- If there is no Join option, the first player’s Roblox privacy settings may not allow friends to join them — they can change who can join them in Roblox’s Settings → Privacy.
These are standard Roblox features, not something this game adds. Menu labels can differ slightly between the Roblox app, browser and consoles.
Private servers: not available (as of Nov 1, 2026)
The Roblox API reports that private (VIP) servers are switched off for this experience, so you can’t buy one to play only with friends. You will share the server with up to 20 players in total. We will update this if the developer turns them on.
Fighting each other
Once you are in the same server, pick your robots and walk up to the same ring — the game’s own pitch is “walk up to a ring, and box someone”. Exactly how a ring pairs players (first two to arrive, challenges, queues) is not documented, so if a stranger gets in first, wait for the fight to end or try another of the 10 rings. Beating a friend counts toward the Real Opponent badge (beat another player).
If you can’t join your friend
- Server full: with 20 players max, a busy server rejects joins. Have both players leave and the first rejoin a fresh server, then try Join again.
- Join greyed out or missing: check Roblox privacy settings on the player being joined.
- Wrong game: make sure you both opened Ragdoll Robot Boxing by Ragdoll Physics Experiences — several similarly named boxing games exist.
- Different devices: the game supports PC, phone and controller, and Roblox servers normally mix devices, so a PC player and a phone player can usually share a server.
Find people to play with
The official Discord and the developer’s Roblox community are the official places to find other players. New to fighting real people? Warm up with our bot practice ladder first.
